Introducing the Africa Health Experts Network

At Pfizer, we believe that where you live should not impact the quality of care you receive. Earlier this year, we launched the Africa Health Experts Network, a pivotal initiative under Pfizer's Accord for a Healthier World. This network brought together over 26 medical leaders from 9 African countries in Kigali, Rwanda, to address the critical shortage of trained healthcare workers and under-resourced health systems in sub-Saharan Africa. Through this collaboration, we aim to co-design country-relevant capacity strategies, focusing on critical areas like cancer and antimicrobial resistance.
